
How to Ensure Success of New Employees While Motivate Morale of Old Staff
A company is welcoming a batch of new staffs with higher education and higher salary level compared to the old staff. Some of the old staff may perceived being underpaid and with less career opportunity. The meeting is going to focus on how to ensure the new staffs success without frustrating the old staff.
