The first Danish Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai was founded in 1931, however in its present form DCCC Shanghai was established as the Danish Business Association in Shanghai in 1997. In October of 2000, DCCC was formally approved and DCCC Shanghai was formed.

DCCC Shanghai covers the Jiangsu, Zheijiang, Jiangxi and Anhui Provinces and has today 87 corporate members, 47 individual members and 26 student members. DCCC Shanghai host 4-8 Business events every month, making DCCC Shanghai the largest and most progressive of the Danish Chambers in China.

The Chamber has a very active group of Young Professionals - YP and host two working groups within HR and Tax/Law. Their activities are all promoted on the web-site under events. Every 3. Friday of any given month the chamber organizes the Danish Friday networking events, which is open to all members and non-members interested in networking.
